About Pro2Pro Academy
Pro2Pro Academy is a girls-only football academy dedicated to inspiring the next generation of female footballers through high-quality coaching, positive role models and an inclusive environment where every girl feels welcome to play. Founded by female footballers and led entirely by female coaches, the academy was created to break down barriers in girls football and provide a space where players of all abilities can learn, develop and enjoy the game.
At Pro2Pro, we believe football should be accessible to every girl, whether she has never kicked a ball before or already plays competitively for a team. Our sessions focus on building confidence, developing football skills and creating a supportive community where girls stay active, make friends and grow both on and off the pitch.

Lois Roche
Co-Founder & Head Coach
Midfielder with experience at Arsenal Women, Reading FC Women and Charlton Athletic Women. Former Republic of Ireland youth international passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of female footballers.
Hannah Godfrey
Co-Founder & Head Coach
Centre back who has played for Manchester City Women, Tottenham Hotspur Women and Charlton Athletic Women. Scotland international focused on building confidence, leadership, and elite standards.
Our Vision for the Future
Our vision is to continue growing opportunities for girls football by expanding Pro2Pro Academy, creating more girls-only sessions and inspiring more girls to step onto the pitch with confidence.
While some players may progress into advanced pathways or elite football, our biggest goal will always remain the same getting more girls playing football and keeping them in the game.
