Pro2Pro Academy was founded with one mission: to get more girls playing football and feeling confident doing it.
Every coach in our academy is a female footballer who understands the journey, the challenges, and the power sport can have in shaping confidence, friendships and resilience. Our goal is not just to develop great footballers, but to create an environment where girls feel supported, inspired and excited to play.
Whether a player joins us having never kicked a ball before or already plays competitively for a club, there is a place for her within Pro2Pro.
TOURNAMENTS
Our Pro2Pro tournaments bring together hundreds of girls from grassroots clubs across the country to celebrate the growth of girls football.
With over 500 girls taking part, our tournaments have quickly become one of the largest girls-only football events in the UK. These events give players the opportunity to compete, showcase their skills and experience the excitement of football in a supportive and inspiring environment.
But the tournaments are about more than just winning.
They are about creating memories, building friendships and showing young girls that they belong in the game.
Because when girls see hundreds of other girls playing football, something powerful happens they realise they are part of something bigger.

What age groups do you cater to?
Pro2Pro Academy provides girls football coaching ages 5-18, welcoming players from young beginners through to teenage players. Our sessions are designed so that girls of all abilities can enjoy football, whether they are completely new to the game or already playing for a club team.
Where are the training sessions held?
Monday at Harris Academy Orpington.
Tuesday at Redhill FC.
Friday at Harris Academy Falconwood.
